In the sanskritic yoga tradition asana means "the posture that brings comfort and steadiness". ASANA is a floor seat which aim is to take us closer to the earth and allow us to simply get a physical and mental balance. Customization is a main aspect of the design. The height and depth of the seat and the height of the backrest can be adjusted based on the needs of the body. Materials include khadi cotton, natural toulipie wood and solid copper for its healing properties. "Physical and mental toxins creates stiffness and tension. Anything that makes us stiff can also break us. Only if we are supple will we never break.
